Refund policy

As a customer you have 14 days to return your order after you received it.

You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused, in it's original state. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless there was a mistake with your order caused by us.

Before you return your order: please e-mail us first, so we can help you out.

Always ship with track and trace code!

(Please note that SALE items cannot be returned.)
